At BTW Company, we’re proud to support the next generation of Taranaki talent.
Earlier this month, team members Sean, Mitch and Sarah visited New Plymouth Boys’ High School to take part in their L2ENIDF formal interview assessment, giving Year 12 students a chance to practise job interview skills in a real-world setting.
These mock interviews help students build confidence, develop self-awareness, and learn how to communicate their strengths. It’s a small investment of time that can make a big difference in preparing rangatahi for future work, study, or training.
Opportunities like this are one way we can give back. Thanks to NPBHS for having us, and we look forward to supporting more initiatives like this.
