Professional site supervision and project management are key to successful project outcomes.
Complementing our structural engineering services is our ability to offer site supervision or project management throughout the duration of your construction project.
These services can be used regardless of who completed your structural design work — be it BTW Company or another provider.
If you already have a design, we are happy to collaborate with your designer to see your plans come to fruition and provide onsite supervision — particularly relevant if your designer is not based in the same location as our team and your project.
What are our project management and site supervision services?
We have structural engineers with the appropriate competency to provide technical advice and undertake necessary inspections to get your project signed off by your local authority.
This includes the ability to provide Producer Statements (PS4) to confirm that your design complies with the building code, and that work has been completed in accordance with your approved building consent.
We’ll work with you to provide as much (or as little) assistance as you need to keep your project moving forward. This can include:
- Survey set-out
- Technical supervision
- Certification (Producer Statements)
- Contract documentation
- Contract management
- Payment claims and management
- Health and safety requirements and auditing
- Engineer to contract / Engineer’s representative
